TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All rates are subject to 5% service charge, 10% VAT and including daily breakfast (subject to change without notice).
- Low Season: May 6th, 2009- October 31st, 2009.
- High Season: November 1st, 2009 – May 5th, 2010.
- Peak Season Surcharge: US$20++ per room per night during the peakseason from December 23rd, 2009 to January 15th, 2010 and February 12th to 18th, 2010 (Lunar New Year).
- Compulsory Christmas Dinner on December 24th, 2009 at US$ 45++ per person.
- Compulsory New Year Dinner on December 31st, 2009 at US$ 55++ per person.
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- No additional charge for two children under 12 years old sharing the same room and the existing bedding with parents.
- Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon).
